Shipping policy

Rack Pack currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at launch.

Orders are shipped using tracked shipping services, including USPS and/or UPS when available through the shipping options configured at checkout.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery options are displayed at checkout before the customer completes their purchase.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside Rack Pack’s control.

Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.
