Refund policy

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order. To be eligible, products must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original Rack Pack box contents.

Before returning anything, please email myrackpackkitchen@gmail.com for return instructions and RMA information.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable return shipping service.

After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. Any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow additional processing time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
